The Meadow Club is located at 1147 Route 112, Port Jefferson Station. There is a ramp or five steps up to the double door main entrance.The paved, parking lot is around the side and in the back. There are six accessible spaces in the lot.

Seating in each of the ballrooms seems to be spacious.

A business event brought me to The Meadow Club last week. I had not been there since it was renovated, and I was pleasantly surprised. The venue has gotten a complete redo, and now has a beautiful, modern look, as well as something that is very important to us at Destination Accessible, two, large, single-occupancy, accessible restrooms on the main floor.
There has always been a ramp to access the double door main entrance, as well as the three steps.
Once inside, you will find a lovely seating area, with a piano sitting ready for someone to play.
The ballrooms of various sizes are all located on this main floor. Access is to each of them is easy. We were in one of the smaller rooms, which was perfect for the number of people in our group. Tables were well-spaced for easy navigation between them.
The gentleman at the bar was delightful, as were all of the servers. Everyone made sure that everything was to our liking. Also, all special requests at our table were honored. Unfortunately, I forgot to photograph the food because I was too busy “socializing,” but be assured that everything offered to us was quite good.
Although we have never been here for an “affair,” if the level of service we had is indicative of what they do for others, anyone should have a wonderful time there.
Almost forgot to mention parking. The parking lot is around to the side and in the back. There are six accessible spaces in the lot, but not very close to the entrance. It would probably be better to drop passengers off at the main entrance, and then go around back and park.
