Three banquet rooms are available, according to size and needs of the group. The smallest room is carpeted. The two larger rooms (which can be combined ) have tile floors. All of the rooms are easily accessible from the spacious hallway. Couches and chairs line the hallway.
Multi-stall restrooms with large, handicapped-accessible stalls are located in this hallway. They serve all of the banquet facilities. A baby-changing station is located here.
The hotel has a number of smaller conference rooms located in another hallway.
The hotel has six handicapped-accessible guest rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

After speaking with Gina Battaglia at a function, we were invited to check out the accessibility of Ramada Plaza’s banquet and party facilities.
This was our first visit to a hotel facility with “Destination:Accessible eyes.”
Three handicapped/van-accessible parking spaces are in the paved parking lot directly in front of the main entrance. The entrance area has stone pavers and brick in front of the automatic double doors. Guests can easily be dropped off under the canopy if needed. Another set of automatic doors lead into the spacious, carpeted lobby area. We received a warm greeting from Gina and Eileen, who then showed us around.
The banquet facilities are down the hall to the left of the lobby. Multi-stall restrooms with two large handicapped stalls are on the left. The doors are easily opened. There is a baby-changing station. These restrooms serve all of the banquet facilities. Three banquet rooms are available, according to the size of the party and their needs. The smallest room is carpeted. The two larger rooms (which can be joined together if needed) have tile floors. All of the rooms are easily accessed from the spacious hallway. Couches and chairs in the hallway await weary party goers. The hotel also has a number of smaller conference rooms.
At the end of the hallway one can easily enter the Sonoma Grill, the “”on-site”” restaurant (see listing for Sonoma Grill).
Although we were here to see the party facilities, we were happy to learn that the hotel has six handicapped-accessible guest rooms, with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Check the website to see pics and/or call and talk with one of the lovely people at the desk to find out more (631) 758 – 2900. We were assured that they will try their best to accommodate you. Based on the warmth of Gina and Eileen we can only assume that everyone there is as nice.
