After a visit to the Alley Pong Environmental Center, I had some time before my next appointment. Lunch seemed like a good idea. As most of us do now-a-days, I checked Google for some good places nearby. Little Dumpling intrigued me, and it was less than a mile away.
Located right on Northern Boulevard, it has some parking in front and more around back. I was able to get a spot in front. Handicapped parking is in back. If you need to drop your passenger off, there are two benches in front of the street-level, double door entrance. There are benches on both sides of the entryway, as well as a bench in the hostess area just inside the second, single door.
A lovely, low-key, contemporary look and carpeted floor, are the background for upholstered banquettes, tables and chairs, with adequate space between them.
Little Dumpling’s website says they offer, “…outstanding Chinese Cuisine, excellent service and friendly staff… It is a …”modern interpretation of classic dishes and an insistence on only using high quality, fresh ingredients…” Based on my lunch, and the take-out dishes I ordered for my “better half,” I can say that I will be back to try other items. Everything was delicious! My server was lovely. Seeing that I was alone, he kept checking on me to make sure that I was OK!
