Description
Butterfield's is located at 661 Old Willets Path, Hauppauge, NY. It is located in an industrial area. There are two handicapped (van)-accessible spaces close to the concrete walkway leading to the street-level, double-door entrance. There is a bench in the tiled, vesituble and then a single door.A long, full-height bar is to the right, the dining area to the left. The "entertainment area" is in the rear. Tables have ample space between them. They are all moveable, easy to accommodate all needs. Flat carpet covers the floor.

A business happy hour brought me to Butterfield’s. As I pulled into the paved parking lot I was surprised to see Butterfield’s sign on a building in an industrial complex. Two, handicapped (van) accessible spaces were close to the concrete walkway leading to the street-level, double door entry.
Once inside, there was a bench in the small vestibue and then a single door. The full-height bar/lounge area was to the right. To the left was the diing area, in which there is ample space between tables. Toward the back of this area there is the “entertainment” area, which seems to have ample space.
A conversation with the hostess assured me that if anyone has any concerns or special needs he/she should simply call and they will do “everything in our power” to accommodate them. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Since all the tables are moveable, it is easy to navigate on the flat carpet and easy to get more space, if needed.
Butterfield’s serves lunch, brunch and dinner. They have a variety of things happening on many evenings. Based on my lovely experience during this visit I will be back to try something else.
