We spend a lot of time at Sweetie Pies on Main. It is a great alternative to Starbucks. The coffee shop is conveniently located at 18 Main Street in Cold Spring Harbor between Huntington Village and Syosset. It is our go to place for a delicious cup of coffee or a cappuccino. Tasty locally baked goodies are also sold as well as other items from local farms and craftspeople on Long Island.
When the weather is beautiful, we like to sit at the outside tables that are adjacent to the inside dining area or walk down the stairs to sit at one of the tables in the lovely garden. You can sit in the outside area that is part of the coffee shop in winter because there is plastic on the sides and heaters on the wall. Snow in the garden is lovely.

There is a brick walkway that leads into a single door that has a slight lip and a hallway with flat floors. The entrance to shop is on the left. The large single occupancy handicapped accessible restrooms are in the hallway.
In nice weather, there are umbrella tables and chairs out front.
The baristas are very friendly and helpful and willing to tell you anything you want to know.
