Notes: Parking must be found on the street (make sure to take note of what signs say) or, we were told, in the evening, you can park in the bank parking lot across the street.
Meeting friends we hadn’t seen for some time brought us to Chicken Kabob for an early dinner. We were able to make a reservation, which was great, but parking can be a problem. There is no dedicated parking lot, so parking must be found on the street (or as the host told us, in the evening, one can park in the bank parking lot across the street). We were lucky to find a spot on the street, but if you are doing this, we suggest you look carefully at the signs. There seems to be differing time limits depending on side of street, etc. The street-level, single door led to a small entry and another door to the two dining areas (one to the right, one to the left). Tile floors and well-spaced tables made navigation and conversation easy. Even though it was quite busy and iively, we were able to easily hear one another.
Our server was lovely and very patient, as we made choices and instantly changed our minds. The food was as good as our conversation. And even though it was quite busy, we were never rushed! A lovely, delicious reunion!
The single-occupancy, handicapped accessible restrooms are large. There is a baby-changing station in the ladies’ room.
